1. Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Responsible for coordinating, monitoring and managing the appointment calendar and related correspondence.
  • Arranging and tracking appointments and consultations with prioritization
  • Contact person in the team for various organizational matters
  • Organizing business trips, meetings, telephone conferences, international meetings
  • Initiating and completing internal and external correspondence, primarily in English
  • Assist in the creation of presentation documents in PowerPoint, primarily in English
  • Support License managers, marketing and event department and coordination of projects
  • Support alignment and sending of contracts and annual financial statements, controlling trademark registrations in collaboration with IP lawyers.
  • Support in organizing international partner events in coordination with the respective brand partner
  • Monitoring and tracking, clarifying processes primarily with controlling, procurement, Legal, Board, reports from license partners
  • Monitoring and tracking of royalty reports for timely forwarding to controlling

 

2. Preferred Skills & Competencies:

  • ·Fluent English (written/oral), other languages a plus
  • Interest and enjoyment in the fashion and lifestyle environment
  • Flexibility and openness
  • Independent, proactive way of working in an international hybrid environment
  • Previous experience as assistant of > 2 years, completed training as an office communications clerk and/or similar qualification (secretary or comparable additional qualification)
  • High team and communication skills, excellent manners, international mindset
