1. Main responsibilities:

  • Portfolio manager 20%:
    • Develop and prioritize the project portfolio
    • Approve, prioritize, and control IT projects, including reporting and escalation management
    • Create business cases in cooperation with the departments for targeted investment decisions
  • Project manager 40%:
    • Lead projects in the phases of pre-clarification and order clarification
    • Monitor supplier execution of projects based on requirements, time and budget tracking
    • Coordinate tests and go-live with the business departments and ensure hand-over to application management support (AMS)
  • SAP Specialist 40%:
    • Coordinate ticket processing (e.g. escalations, compliance with departmental tests) with the service provider.
    • Support data analysis and quality checks in the event of escalations.

 

Location: Berlin (regular business trips to Molsheim/France)

 

2. Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in economics or computer science
  • 5 + years of professional experience as an IT professional with experience in multi-project management
  • Professional experience in automotive industry’s IT is an advantage
  • Detailed SAP know how in the domain MM, SD, pricing conditions and SAP Support portal
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in presentations to senior management
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-changing environment and execute with urgency
  • Excellent judgement, logical-analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Communicative and self-driven person
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
  • French or German would be beneficial
