Get in the driver's seat
As a Business Partner Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations while supporting business units with transactional accounting matters and contributing to the development of a strong, future-proof CFO organization.
Working across Finance and Business teams, you will oversee accounts payable activities, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide accounting support that enables informed business decisions.

Where you'll make an impact
- Assess and oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying financial transactions.
- Prepare and process supplier invoices, ensuring transactional data is accurately and timely recorded.
- Reconcile balances with external suppliers and related parties.
- Reconcile credit card statements and ensure all transactions are posted to the general ledger.
- Prepare audit schedules relating to accounts payable and support auditors during audit activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles (IFRS).
- Provide accounting-based guidance to support decision-making across business units.
- Participate in monthly and annual closing activities.
- Recommend improvements, optimize and standardize accounting systems and financial processes.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, business processes, and internal financial controls.
What are your core components
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience with thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and IFRS.
- Certified Accountant qualification or ACA, ACCA, or CIMA certification is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience in a production and product development environment is considered an advantage.
- Experience in a multinational company, Big4, or international environment is considered an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g. SAP, Infor) and advanced MS Office skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of dedication and resilience.
- Ambitious, dynamic, and self-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary range: €30 000 – €x45 000 gross per year (depending on experience)
