As a Compliance & Risk Manager, you will own compliance and risk management across the Bugatti Rimac Group, keeping our compliance framework fit for a fast-growing, multi-entity automotive business.  
Working across Legal, HR, Finance and local leadership in Croatia, France, Germany and Italy, you will help spot and close compliance and risk gaps early, ensuring the business can grow with confidence and stay ahead of regulatory change.

Where you’ll make an impact  

• Design, implement and maintain our Compliance Management System across all Bugatti Rimac Group entities 

• Own the Code of Conduct, whistleblowing procedure and related internal policies   

• Operate the whistleblowing channel and manage case intake in line with EU whistleblowing law across various jurisdictions   

• Track AML/CFT readiness ahead of the upcoming EU AMLR and support Italy on D.Lgs. 231/2001 requirements   

• Maintain the group risk register, identify strategic and operational risks and propose mitigation measures   

• Prepare and deliver compliance and risk trainings, and report directly to the Head of Legal and Compliance  
  
  

What are your core components  

• 5+ years of experience in compliance and/or risk management, ideally within a multinational, multi-entity group   

• Solid knowledge of EU compliance frameworks, including whistleblowing, AML/CFT and corporate governance requirements   

• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior management across multiple countries   

• Experience rolling out compliance management systems and risk registers across multiple jurisdictions   

• Hands-on, self-driven and able to execute with urgency in a fast-changing environment   

• Professional experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of French, German or Italian are an advantage
