As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will help protect the next generation of hypercars against the cybersecurity threats of tomorrow. Working across the Vehicle Technology and Product Development teams, you will support our Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) and Software Update Management System (SUMS), ensuring every vehicle domain meets the highest standards of security and resilience.

Where you’ll make an impact
- Support the design, implementation and maintenance of the Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) and Software Update Management System (SUMS) across the vehicle E/E architecture.
- Carry out cybersecurity risk assessments (TARA) and threat modelling for vehicle systems and components, under guidance from the Technical Lead.
- Define and implement cybersecurity requirements and interfaces for CSMS and SUMS, supporting their integration into supplier and component specifications.
- Respond to reported cybersecurity issues and support tickets, implementing solutions in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot cybersecurity issues within the function, both pre- and post-SOP.
- Support the Technical Lead in reporting technical status and progress into the wider Program.
- Maintain high-quality documentation for transparency and auditability, in line with ISO/SAE 21434.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Support on-vehicle and other facility activities as needed.
- Actively promote harmonisation across Vehicle Technology, Engineering and Vehicle Integration groups.
What are your core components
- Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier, preferably within premier Motorsports categories or within a low volume Supercar/Hypercar production.
- Demonstrated technical background in Electronics, Systems, EE or Software, with an interest or grounding in cybersecurity.
- Working knowledge of automotive cybersecurity standards (ISO/SAE 21434).
- Good team player and communicator, able to work well within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple technical inputs and support clear reporting to the Technical Lead.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to manage a varied workload to tight deadlines.
Nice to have ones
- Familiarity with penetration testing, vulnerability scanning or secure coding practices.
- Exposure to requirements management tools such as Polarion, DOORS or Jama.
- Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g. Python) for security testing and automation.
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and their security implications.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 26262 and the ability to apply engineering best practice.
- Interest in, or entry-level certification in, cybersecurity (e.g. CompTIA Security+, GSEC or equivalent).
- Experience in an automotive OEM, Tier 1, motorsport or low volume performance EV / Hybrid programme.

Salary range: €37 500 – €62 500 gross per year (depending on experience)
