Regular tasks:

•Coordinate the team dedicated to virtual validation by the application of the package rules;

•Lead DMU validation and resolution alongside the vehicle proto and production line;

•Monitor the vehicle assembly updates in liaison with the other parties inside the Concept Team, referring to Chief Vehicle Engineer, Head of Concept, Performance & Reliability Technical Lead  for any escalation needs;

•Assign, discuss or close the open points that are coming from the analysis;

•Report the status of the DMU virtual and physical Validation

Decision making authorities:

•Define the severity/priority of the open points

•Approver for CAD definition, release, modifications on the Vehicle assembly

•Approver of Change Actions and all the deviation process when in place respect to the Vehicle development phase

•Coordinate the team dedicated to virtual validation by the application of the package rules;

Responsabilities

•Responsible for delivering up to date status of the virtual issue related to the Vehicle​.

•Understanding of the triage of the issue management.

•Support on the definition of the better process implementation over PLM methodology.

•Support and execution of DMU meetings, Design reviews and Technical reviews

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills​

Strong empathy and background in vehicle layout overview related to meet performance and technical requirement

Good understanding of legal requirements, technologies for Powertrain, Chassis, Electrical, Interior and Exterior parts, Structures in automotive industry​

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 

SENIORITY LEVEL: Min 8 years
