RESPONSIBILITIES
- Methodology and process reporting into the Program for technical status across the function.
- Actively promote harmonisation across Vehicle Technology, Engineering and Vehicle Integration groups.
- Align operational team to the program deliverables and timing.
- Supervise Program KPIs (Releases, Issue Resolution, Gateway Deliverables)
- Allocate the program functional team in the area they are responsible to deliver from pre G0 activities.
- Trouble-shooting issues within the function, both pre/post-SOP.
- Comply with company and HR policies and process.
- Motivate and develop employees in technical delivery and skills as well as personal growth.
- Act as a mentor and leader demonstrating the company values.
- Deputise for the Manager of Process Engineering where/when required.
- Technical reference of the Process Engineering team for every matters related to Functional Safety (ISO26262) and DFMEA process
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous proven experience in a similar role within an automotive OEM or T1 supplier, preferably within premier Motorsports categories or within a low volume Supercar/Hypercar production.
- Previous demonstratable experience within automotive program management.
- Demonstrated technical and professional background in Electronics, Systems, EE, and Software.
- Demonstratable experience in commercial program management.
- Excellent team player and communicator, able to work with and motivate cross functional teams.
- Ability to organise multiple technical inputs, summarise and present to program and C level.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage a varied workload to tight deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Proficient in Microsoft office suite of tools, Excel, Word and Power point, familiar with working in a share point environment with MS Teams and MS Outlook, Planning and project tools such as MS Project, GANTT charts and Jira, requirements management process and tools such as Preevision/Polarion/Doors/Jama, component DVP, ASPICE standard, Functional Safety (ISO26262) and Automotive Cybersecurity (ISO/SAE21434). Minimum of a Master’s Degree in the relevant engineering field; Experience in leading a relevant project; Able to apply engineering best practice; Ability to work in a team; Ability to make decisions; Excellent fluency in English; Able to understand the bigger picture; Ability to maintain the motivation within the team, Ability to work under pressure; Ability to have multiple priorities.
SENIORITY LEVELS
At least 5 years Automotive/Motorsport industry experience, ideally both OEM and Tier 1, At least 2 full program cycles completed
