As a Body Panels and Closures Engineer, you will lead the design, development, validation, and delivery of body panels and closure systems for our next generation of hypercars.
Working across Design, Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supplier teams, you will own the end-to-end delivery of your commodities—including closures, carbon fiber panels, exterior finishers, grilles, and ducts—ensuring exceptional lightweight performance, flawless show-car optics, and world-class gap & flush standards.

Where you’ll make an impact
- DFMEA & DVP setting and execution
- Lead cross-functional teams to convert inputs from design, PQ, mass, stiffness, aero, thermal, gap & flush, durability, manufacturability, bonding, assembly, serviceability into parts, sub-assembly & vehicle assembly commodities
- Set gap & Flush targets working cross-functionally with Dimensional experts & Quality team
- Convert concepts into CAD and drawings (CATIA/3DEXPERIENCE) with robust GD&T, datum strategies and tolerancing to deliver on agreed attributes targets
- Work cross functionally to define material / lamination choice at component level and structural or cosmetic joints at assembly level
- Drive discussions with Design & Quality teams to validate in virtual world key concepts
- Work with key stakeholders during launch phase to help plan and execute DV/PV tests: Surface Quality & Optics, structural integrity, Corrosion & Durability, Environmental & Aging, NVH & Acoustic
- Collaborate with suppliers to track timing, cost and mass vs targets
What are your core competencies
- Own the design-to-delivery in a very fast pace of automotive industry of building ultra-low volume hypercars
- Cross-functional collaboration: Function experts, Attribute teams, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Suppliers
- Supplier leadership
- Proven experience in conducting DFMEA & DVP
- CAD/PLM: CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE
- Detail orientation: PQ, alignment, gap & flush
- Proven expertise in Exterior Panel & Closure design for high-end automotive
- Fluent in English spoken & written

Salary range: €37 500 – €57 500 gross per year (depending on experience)
