Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance and operation of critical facility infrastructure, ensuring high system availability and production continuity
• Manage industrial utilities including HVAC systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Building Management System (BMS), compressed air systems, industrial compressors, and other electro-mechanical installations
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Monitor facility performance, identify risks, and proactively resolve technical issues to minimize downtime
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the internal maintenance and facility team
• Manage external contractors, service providers, and maintenance vendors, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and service level compliance
• Review, evaluate, and challenge technical proposals, service reports, maintenance plans, and scopes of work
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements related to facility operations
• Plan and manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and service contracts
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, EHS, and other cross-functional teams to support operational excellence
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, efficiency, and lifecycle management
• Support facility expansion projects, upgrades, commissioning activities, and infrastructure improvements
• Ensure all maintenance documentation, technical records, and SOPs are accurate and up to date

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Several years of experience managing facility maintenance or industrial utilities within a large production or technically complex environment
• Strong knowledge of industrial HVAC systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Building Management Systems (BMS), compressed air systems, industrial utilities, and electro-mechanical infrastructure
• Experience leading preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Proven experience leading technical maintenance teams
• Experience managing external suppliers, maintenance contracts, and service providers
• Ability to read, understand, and evaluate technical documentation, service reports, and contractor proposals
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and decision-making abilities
