Get in the driver's seat

As a Financial Accounting Manager, you will lead the financial accounting agenda for Bugatti Rimac, ensuring compliant, accurate and timely financial reporting under IFRS and local GAAP. You will coordinate statutory reporting, group consolidation, audit processes, internal controls, financial IT implementation and improvements, while partnering closely with executives, departments, advisors and auditors.

You will be part of a high-performing CFO organization and will play a key leadership role in building robust finance processes, developing the accounting team, and ensuring the organization is ready for changing regulatory, statutory and business requirements.

Where you’ll make an impact

• Lead preparation of year-end financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP for statutory audit and Board of Management sign-off.
• Ensure financial reporting is compliant with applicable laws, regulations and IFRS statutory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate closely with external advisors, internal auditors and external auditors to maintain strong controls over financial reporting.
• Manage the monthly Bugatti Rimac Group consolidation process.
• Analyze financial information and prepare meaningful accounting, statistical and financial reports, including HNB and FINA reporting for executives and third parties.
• Define, communicate and implement bookkeeping rules and regulatory requirements across the organization.
• Manage implementation and maintenance of internal controls
• Manage implementation and maintenance of financial IT systems
• Lead finance projects and support department projects focused on accounting, regulatory reporting, IT system implementation and timely adoption of new rules and regulations.
• Drive end-to-end process thinking, documentation and continuous improvement within the finance organization.

What are your core components

• More than 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years of leadership experience.
• Strong IFRS and local GAAP proficiency, with thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and accounting principles.
• Experience in a multinational environment, Big4 company and/or relevant proven international track record.
• Excellent understanding of statutory reporting, consolidation, financial statements and audit processes.
• Well-versed with ERP systems and modern finance/IT tools.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-changing environment and execute with urgency.
• Excellent process, structuring, analytical and organizational skills.
• High level of dedication, resilience and ownership.
• Strong leadership mindset with ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing accounting teams.
