Get in the driver's seat
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will support the company’s core cash flow and finance operations, ensuring timely execution of payments, effective management of accounts payable activities, and smooth day-to-day financial processes. You will also play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives within the finance function by identifying and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, automation, and process control.
Working closely with finance, procurement, accounting, suppliers, banks, and IT teams, you will help ensure accurate financial execution while contributing to the modernization of financial operations and systems.

Where you'll make an impact
- Prepare, verify, and upload domestic and international payment files in banking platforms
- Ensure proper authorization, supporting documentation, and compliance for all payment transactions
- Monitor vendor invoice due dates and coordinate payment scheduling based on cash flow availability and business priorities
- Review payment terms and support initiatives to optimize working capital and payment processes
- Provide backup support for customer invoicing activities, including issuing and recording outgoing invoices
- Support collection activities by providing payment status updates and reissuing documentation when necessary
- Act as the primary contact for suppliers and banking partners on payment-related matters
- Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalization within finance operations
- Research, evaluate, and recommend digital tools and solutions to improve efficiency and financial controls
- Coordinate implementation, testing, and rollout of new finance systems and digital initiatives
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and drive continuous process improvements
What are your core components
- University degree (master’s level) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, accounts payable, accounting, or similar finance roles
- Experience with payment processing, banking platforms, cash flow management, and invoice administration
- Strong understanding of financial processes, controls, and documentation requirements
- Experience participating in finance process improvement, automation, or digital transformation projects is considered an advantage
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with suppliers, banks, and internal business partners
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/finance systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments

Salary range: €37 500 – €55 000 gross per year (depending on experience)
