As a Fine Mechanics CAD & System Engineer, you will design and develop precision mechanical components and mechanisms for high-performance vehicles. Working across engineering, manufacturing and supplier teams, you will turn concepts into robust CAD designs and production-ready documentation, ensuring functional performance, precise fit, manufacturability and quality.

You will love this role if you enjoy solving complex mechanical problems, working with tight tolerances and turning detailed engineering concepts into beautifully executed hardware.

Where you’ll make an impact
•    Develop precision mechanical components and mechanisms from concept through production.
•    Create detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies and manufacturing drawings with clear GD&T.
•    Perform stack-ups and design reviews to ensure fit, function and manufacturability.
•    Support prototyping, testing and root-cause analysis of mechanical components and assemblies.
•    Work closely with manufacturing and suppliers to optimize designs for precision production.
•    Maintain engineering documentation, support design changes and drive solutions with cross-functional teams.

What are your core components
•    Experience designing precision mechanical components, assemblies or mechanisms.
•    Strong understanding of mechanical design, materials, fits, tolerances and GD&T.
•    Ability to interpret engineering drawings and translate requirements into robust CAD designs.
•    3D CAD modelling, assemblies, engineering drawings and tolerance stack-up methods.
•    Detail-oriented, hands-on and analytical, with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.
•    Automotive, motorsport, hypercar or low-volume/high-precision manufacturing experience is a plus.
