As a Grant and Incentives Specialist, you will prepare, submit and manage applications for investment and R&D incentives, and monitor the implementation and reporting of approved projects.


Working across finance, controlling, R&D, procurement and legal, you will coordinate documentation, track relevant legislation and calls for proposals, and liaise directly with state administration bodies, ensuring full compliance and successful realization of incentive programs.

Where you’ll make an impact

 

  • Prepare and submit applications for investment and R&D incentives to the competent state administration bodies
  • Monitor the implementation of approved projects and prepare reports for state administration bodies
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, controlling, R&D, procurement, legal) on incentive-related matters
  • Track changes in legislation and new calls for proposals relevant to the company
  • Communicate with state administration bodies and respond to their inquiries
  • Manage and archive complete project documentation

 

What are your core components

 

  • University degree (master’s level) in economics, law, or another social sciences field
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar roles (incentive applications, EU funds, R&D grants, or similar)
  • Knowledge of the relevant regulatory framework (EU regulations, the Investment Promotion Act, the Act on State Aid for Research and Development Projects, the Ordinance on State Aid for Research and Development, etc.)
  • Experience preparing and managing documentation for investment incentives and R&D grants (tax relief, employment subsidies, aid intensity, eligible costs)
  • Analytical mindset, precision with documentation, and strong written and verbal communication skills, including with government authorities
  • Previous experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector and ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously, working both independently and as part of a team

Salary range: €45 000 – €57,500 gross per year (depending on experience)
