As an HR Business Partner you will partner with leaders to turn business priorities into practical people plans.  
Working across Operations teams – Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering and Production, you will coach managers and address people challenges, ensuring teams have the capabilities and support to deliver.

Where you’ll make an impact  

• Partner with Operations leaders on workforce planning, team structures and people priorities.  

• Coach managers on performance, feedback, development and everyday leadership challenges.   

• Manage employee relations cases with sound judgment, confidentiality and fair, consistent practice.   

• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and development actions for your business areas.   

• Use people data and employee feedback to identify risks and improve engagement and retention.   

• Support organizational change and coordinate people initiatives with Recruitment, HR Operations and L&D.  

What are your core components  

• Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, independently supporting managers and employees.   

• Strong coaching and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and constructively challenge leaders.   

• Practical knowledge of Croatian employment legislation and experience handling employee relations cases.   

• Confidence using HR systems and Excel to turn people data into clear insights and actions.   

• Business curiosity, ownership and sound judgment, with a practical approach and respect for confidentiality.   

• Fluency in Croatian and English; experience in manufacturing, engineering or automotive environments is an advantage.
