We are looking for a talented Individualization Interior Engineer to design and develop customized interior solutions for vehicles, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive interior engineering, with the ability to develop solutions for that meet our client’ specifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative materials, technologies, and design elements into automotive interiors. Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Create innovative engineering concepts for automotive interiors that reflect individualization requests while maintaining functionality and safety
• Material Selection: Research and recommend materials, finishes, and technologies that enhance the aesthetic appeal and durability of automotive interiors
• Prototype Development: Work with engineering and production teams to develop prototypes and mock-ups for new interior designs and features
• Project Management: Oversee the project timeline, tracking progress and ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
• Testing and Validation: Conduct tests on interior components to validate designs, assess performance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketing teams to integrate individualization features into overall vehicle design and branding
• Feedback Incorporation: Gather and analyze feedback from clients and internal teams to make iterative improvements in design and functionality
