As a Jigs & Tooling Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our production teams have the reliable tooling they need to build exceptional vehicles safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Working from engineering concepts to the production floor, you'll help transform ideas into practical manufacturing solutions by building, improving, and supporting the tooling that keeps production moving.

What are your key responsibilities?
- Build, install, and maintain jigs, fixtures, tooling, and production equipment to support reliable manufacturing operations.
- Ensure tooling performance, reliability, and production readiness through inspection, repair, and continuous monitoring.
- Support production by providing rapid technical assistance and implementing effective tooling solutions to minimize downtime.
- Verify tooling quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance to implement tooling improvements and support new product or process introductions.
- Support the team in developing innovative tooling solutions through continuous improvement initiatives, additive manufacturing, and post-processing of 3D-printed parts.
