Get in the driver's seat 

 

As a Launch Coordinator, you will lead the Operations activities from pre-production vehicles to series and will drive cross‑functional issue resolution to keep Launch activities running smoothly and on schedule. Working within Operations but closely engaged with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Plannning and Program Management, you will coordinate build readiness, manage containments, and ensure fast, structured problem solving, ensuring a seamless transition from prototype to series production.

Where you’ll make an impact 

 

  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration and manage containments (Job Cards, Deviations, parts checks, build documentation, process creation/improvement) 


  • Drive structured problem solving using JIRA and push topics to closure 


  • Create dashboards and monitor KPIs to keep the Launch team aligned and accountable 


  • Implement process improvements and automate reporting  


  • Act as the communication bridge between departments, ensuring clarity, speed, and alignment


  • Support start‑up/wash‑up meetings and End‑of‑Line reviews to drive issue resolution 


 

What are your core components 


  • Experience coordinating manufacturing or launch activities in automotive or a similar technical environment 


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts under pressure 


  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills 


  • Proficiency with issue‑tracking tools and structured problem‑solving methods (JIRA) 


  • A proactive, resilient, and solution‑driven mindset — you stay calm, focused, and positive even when priorities shift 


  • Bonus points for experience with vehicle build processes or process documentation

Salary range: €37,500 – €55,500 gross per year (depending on experience)
