We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Learning & Development Lead to join our growing team at Bugatti Rimac, a leading hypercar company. As we continue to scale, we recognize the importance of building a robust learning and development function to support our employees’ growth and help drive business success.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing and executing the company’s Learning & Development strategy from the ground up. You will design and implement learning initiatives, create a comprehensive training platform, and foster a culture of continuous development across the organization. The Learning & Development Lead will work closely with key stakeholders across all departments, including leadership, HR, and operational teams, to assess training needs, develop tailored learning programs, and ensure employees have the tools and resources to succeed and grow. Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Implementing/maintaining a comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals and talent development needs
- Leading the implementation of an LMS to have it seamlessly integrated with the existing systems in the company
- Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across all departments to create a roadmap for short-term and long-term L&D programs
- Creating content for the platform, including training modules, courses, assessments, and certifications (both in-person and virtual learning opportunities to accommodate different working environments)
- Introducing leadership programs and succession planning initiatives to support internal talent development
- Implementing mechanisms for tracking the success of learning initiatives, including feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics
- Allocating the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for training programs, tools, and platforms
- Ensuring that all training programs comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies
- Partnering with HRBP’s and management team to align learning initiatives with talent acquisition, employee retention, and performance management strategies
Required Skills & Competencies:
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Psychology or relevant field
- Strong HR expertise: deep knowledge of HR processes
- Proficiency with content development tools
- Strong business mindset & understanding of business (not necessarily automotive field)
- Experience in working with international teams in a fast-scaling environment
- Ability to adapt, think out of the box & be creative
- Independent, determined & self-motivated professional who works well in a team
