Get in the driver's seat
As a Legal Counsel - Compliance & Risk, you will serve as the legal subject matter expert for compliance, ethics and risk management matters across the Bugatti Rimac Group. You will provide legal guidance on regulatory requirements, investigations, corporate governance and compliance frameworks while helping the business navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.

Where you’ll make an impact
- Design, implement and maintain our Compliance Management System across all Bugatti Rimac Group entities
- Advise management on legal and regulatory compliance obligations across multiple countries
- Advise business stakeholders on ethics and compliance matters arising from commercial projects and strategic initiatives
- Assess new legislation and regulatory developments and translate legal requirements into business processes
- Draft, review and update compliance-related policies, procedures and governance documentation
- Operate the whistleblowing channel and support internal investigations and compliance reviews, including whistleblowing cases and misconduct allegations
- Provide legal guidance regarding sanctions, anti-bribery, AML/CFT, conflicts of interest and corporate governance topics
- Maintain the group risk register, identify strategic and operational risks and propose mitigation measures
- Prepare and deliver compliance and risk trainings, and report directly to the Head of Legal and Compliance
What are your core components
- Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent legal qualification preferred), 5+ years of experience in compliance and/or risk management, ideally within a multinational, multi-entity group
- Solid knowledge of EU compliance frameworks, including whistleblowing, AML/CFT and corporate governance requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior management across multiple countries
- Hands-on, self-driven and able to execute with urgency in a fast-changing environment
- Professional experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of French, German or Italian are an advantage

Salary range starting at €37 500 gross per year. Your final compensation will be shaped by your experience, expertise and how your profile matches the scope of the role.
