As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for leading production planning and internal logistics operations, ensuring efficient material flow, optimized transportation, and alignment with production targets across the Bugatti Rimac program.

Working across Production Planning, Logistics, Final Assembly, Composites, and Paintshop, you will lead cross-functional teams, optimize planning and logistics processes, and drive operational excellence to support the production of world-class hypercars.

Where you'll make an impact

 

  • Lead and manage a Production Planning team of approximately 20 employees across Final Assembly, Composites, and Paintshop.
  • Take ownership of the overall production planning process for the BR program, ensuring alignment with production targets and operational priorities.
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of the MRP system (Infor).
  • Lead and develop the BR Fleet team, consisting of approximately 10 drivers, 1 Coordinator, and 2 Logistics Specialists.
  • Support the expansion and further development of the BR internal fleet, including the addition of 5 new trucks.
  • Develop and implement tracking tools to improve operational visibility and performance.
  • Drive route optimization initiatives to increase transportation efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across production planning and internal logistics processes.

 

What are your core components

 

  • Proven experience in both production planning and logistics within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading and developing operational teams.
  • Strong understanding of production planning methodologies, material planning, and logistics processes.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems; experience with Infor is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
