1.  Tasks:

  • New Products (Items) entries in ERP System​
  • Product documentation and all necessary data import – BoM, routing, prices, pictures, work instructions, drawings, Subcontracting models, Subcontracting rates, Supplying relationships, traceability (LOT/SN), Item Supply Source 
  • Intermediate between departments to complete item setup data​
  • Run product cost calculation​
  • Administration and maintenance of existing Products (Items) Master Data​
  • Administration and maintenance of existing and new Standard library Items ( Fixing elements,cables, electronic components etc. )​
  • Administration and maintenance of all equipment ,tooling and jigs generated by the Manufacturing Engineering dept.​
  • Administration and maintenance of Work Centers, Tasks and Machines Master Data​
  • Administration and maintenance of PCS (Customizable) Products (Items) Master Data​
  • Administration and maintenance of Tools Master Data​
  • Integration of MES and other IT Systems with ERP​
  • Support to Manufacturing Engineering according to Item Master Data and all other ERP related topics​
  • Support to Controlling Department regarding Cost Calculations and Work Center Cost rates​
  • Support to Production with Factory Track (Master Data preparation, end user educations)​
  • Purchase Requisition entry for ME Department General​

 

 

2. Responsibilities:

 

  • Import and maintenance Item Master Data in ERP​
  • Run product cost calculation​
  • Building the internal ERP processes and preparing instructions for the department​
  • Building the key role in supporting the whole department with ERP knowledge​
  • Update and control of the Accuracy of Product (Items) Master Data and Cost calculation​
  • Generating reports for cross-department functions
  •  

3. Required skills and competencies:

 

 

  • 3+ years project experience of ERP software implementations
  • Understand difference between terms like ERP, CRM, MES, SCM, PLM etc.
  • Business process change knowledge and ERP implementation experience in one or more business functions (Finance/ or Warehousing, Logistics, Procurement/ or Manufacturing, Planning, Quality Assurance/ or Customer Sales Management, Project Order Management)
  • Solution consulting expertise of one of leading ERP software (SAP, NAV, Infor or similar).
  • Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing company
  • Communication, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills in English is essential
  • Strong PC application skills (Microsoft Office including Excel and Visio, Outlook, etc.)
