Responsibilities
- Operate and program coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and 3D scanning equipment.
- Approve in-process production by confirming specifications through visual and measurement tests and communicating adjustments to supervisors.
- Document inspection results, summarize rework and waste, and input data into the quality database.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Conduct quality checks by selecting output samples and testing them using appropriate methods.
- Assist the Quality Engineer with new product introductions.
- Support regular inspection meetings to develop action plans for improving build quality.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a regulated environment in compliance with standards.
- Capacity to perform tasks efficiently under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete daily tasks with precision.
- Competence in handling related tools and using independent judgment for finished products.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
