Responsibilities

  • Operate and program coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and 3D scanning equipment.
  • Approve in-process production by confirming specifications through visual and measurement tests and communicating adjustments to supervisors.
  • Document inspection results, summarize rework and waste, and input data into the quality database.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Conduct quality checks by selecting output samples and testing them using appropriate methods.
  • Assist the Quality Engineer with new product introductions.
  • Support regular inspection meetings to develop action plans for improving build quality.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a regulated environment in compliance with standards.
  • Capacity to perform tasks efficiently under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete daily tasks with precision.
  • Competence in handling related tools and using independent judgment for finished products.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision.
