Bugatti Rimac, part of the Rimac Group, brings together two forces that have redefined the automotive world. By combining Rimac’s cutting-edge electric performance and innovation with Bugatti’s 110+ year legacy of crafting iconic hypercars, we are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in automotive engineering.
Our team is at the core of this, we work with passion, aim for excellence, and take ownership of what we do. We grow together, pioneer solutions, and deliver vehicles that set new standards.
Get in the driver's seat
As an NVH CAE Engineer, you will play a key role in developing world-class vehicle refinement through simulation-led engineering. Working across all aspects of vehicle NVH, you will use advanced CAE methods to predict, understand, and optimise acoustic and vibration behaviour from concept through to production.
You will love this role if you are passionate about vehicle acoustics and structural dynamics, enjoy solving complex multi-physics problems, and thrive in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment where simulation drives engineering decisions.
Where you'll make an impact
- Influence vehicle architecture, layouts, and component designs through early-stage NVH simulations and target setting.
- Develop, correlate, and maintain CAE models to predict vehicle vibration, noise, and acoustic performance.
- Lead simulation-based root cause analysis of NVH issues and propose robust engineering solutions based on first principles.
- Drive the development of NVH simulation methodologies, processes, best practices, and design guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with powertrain, chassis, body, controls, concept, and testing teams to ensure simulation results translate into vehicle performance.
- Support testing and correlation activities at component, subsystem, and vehicle levels to continuously improve model accuracy and predictive capability.
What are your core components
- Proven experience in NVH CAE engineering within the automotive or related industry.
- Strong understanding of acoustics, vibration, structural dynamics, and finite element analysis fundamentals.
- Experience with NVH simulation tools for structural and acoustic analysis (e.g. Wave6, Nastran, Abaqus, Actran, LMS Virtual.Lab, ANSYS, COMSOL or equivalent).
- Experience in CAE model build, correlation, validation, and result interpretation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.
- Proactive and structured analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex engineering challenges.
Fuel Package
- Private healthcare and mental wellbeing support
- Flexible working hours and up to 12 days of remote work per month
- Transportation allowance and subsidized meals
- Company performance based bonus and holidays bonus
- Minimum 25 days of holidays from day one
- Internal education programs and opportunities to grow
