Get in the driver's seat

As an NVH Engineer, you will play a key part in pushing the boundaries in vehicle refinement and performance.
Working across all aspects of vehicle NVH you will tackle complex engineering challenges, drive physics-based design decisions and develop innovative solutions ensuring NVH performance is achieved.

Where you’ll make an impact

 

  • Influence architecture, layout, and component design to achieve NVH performance.
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of NVH issues when they arise, with a focus on fundamental understanding.
  • Drive the development of design guidelines, best practices, and engineering standards for the attribute.
  • Plan and execute testing activities (component to full vehicle).
  • Collaborate closely with powertrain, chassis, body, control & concept teams to ensure balanced system performance.
  • Develop and apply simulation and analytical methods to predict and optimize acoustic and vibration behavior.

 

What are your core components

 

  • Proven experience in NVH engineering within the automotive or related industry
  • Understanding of acoustics, vibration & structural dynamics fundamentals.
  • Experience in NVH testing, full vehicle & component level.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiar NVH data acquisition & Post processing.
  • Proactive & structured analytical mindset.

Salary range: €37500 - 57500 gross per year (depending on experience)
