Tasks & Responsibilities:
 

 Manage and oversee payroll providers for Italy, Germany, and Croatia, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
 Lead the payroll outsourcing project for Croatian entity with 700+ emoployees, coordinating the transition to an external payroll agency and implementing new payroll processes.
 Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, tax requirements, and labor laws across multiple countries.
 Work closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure smooth payroll operations.
 Maintain and update payroll records (absences, time sheets, overtime etc) including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and benefits.
 Assist in audits and resolve payroll-related inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality.
 Provide payroll-related reports and insights to key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies:
 

Experience in multi-country payroll management, with a strong understanding of payroll regulations in Croatia.
Proven experience in payroll outsourcing and driving payroll process improvements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Proficiency in payroll management software and Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
