Get in the driver's seat
As a Powertrain Concept Technical Lead you will be responsible for the early stage concept definition of our future powertrain projects.
Working across R&D and reporting to the Head of Powertrain and Emissions, you will progress from a set of requirements to a preliminary CAD definition of the full powertrain, collaborating with System Experts, Vehicle Concept and Virtual Validation teams ensuring fitness for purpose.

Where you’ll make an impact
- Guaranteeing that Bugatti-Rimac has the most fascinating and high performance powertrains in the industry
- Bringing together stakeholders from across the business to ensure all appropriate voices are heard when setting requirements
- Working with domain experts to find the best solutions to complex problems
- Generating detailed component and system geometry for dyno and vehicle installation
- Releasing of a robust, virtually validated concept for future powertrain products to the business
What are your core components
- Deep knowledge of powertrains, particularly architecture and integration considerations
- At least 10 years of experience in powertrain concept design
- Awareness of vehicle impact of powertrain concept considerations
- Experience in collaborating cross functionally to define robust solutions
- Expert CAD user, ideally 3DX
- Open minded and tenacious personality – always looking for a better way and committing to delivering it
- Prior experience in high performance automotive or top level motorsport would be beneficial

Salary range: €67 500 – €102 500 gross per year (depending on experience)
