As a  Production Planner,  
you will be working across R&D, Quality, Production, Procurement and other departments, Handling of Production plan for one department (Bonding & Alignment, Composites etc.), planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay and many more interesting and responsible tasks 

Where you’ll make an impact  

• Long- and short-term planning forecast for production and ordering parts 

• Handling of Production plan for one department in production through ERP 

• Production tracking and production plan adjustment 

• Lead time defining and tracking, prioritization of the parts in production  

• Working in software for production operations like ERP, INFOR and PLM software 

• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay 

• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget 

• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other teams 

What are your core components  

• ERP/MRP Knowledge – preferably INFOR, SAP, or similar systems 

• Communication & Negotiation Skills – ability to align multiple departments  

• Technical Understanding – familiar with production planning, logistics engineering, and automotive standards 

• Analytical & Strategic Thinking – ability to translate data into business strategies 

• Fluent English in spoken and written form                                                                                              

• Problem Solving – root cause analysis, escalation handling and action tracking
