Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and related standards.
• Conduct internal audits, manage audit schedules, and coordinate external audits.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure document control and proper record-keeping within the QMS framework.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure quality integration.
• Manage change control processes and ensure traceability of modifications.
• Oversee chemical safety protocols, including handling, storage, and disposal.
• Ensure compliance with chemical regulations (e.g., REACH, CLP, local EHS laws) and applicable Croatian Laws and regulations in cooperation with Croatian Institute of Public Health - Department for Toxicology and Ministry of Health
• Maintain and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and chemical inventory records.
• Provide training and support staff on QMS procedures and chemical safety.
• Participate in risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support sustainability initiatives through safe and compliant chemical management.

Skills & Competences

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS principles.
• Understanding of chemical safety regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and chemical hazard communication.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret quality data and KPIs.
• Effective communication and training abilities across departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Croatian & English language skills
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree qualification or higher in an engineering field with extensive relevant experience
• Driving license
