Get in the driver's seat
As a Quality Issue Coordinator, reporting directly to the Quality Projects Manager, you will coordinate the company's cross-functional problem-solving process, ensuring that business-critical issues are effectively managed from identification through resolution. Working across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Program Management, and other business functions, you will facilitate collaboration, drive accountability, and ensure timely issue resolution to support project objectives, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate the company issue management process.

Facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure timely definition and execution of action plans.

Monitor issue status, risks, and deadlines, ensuring actions are completed within agreed timelines.

Organize and moderate issue review meetings, tracking decisions and follow-up activities.

Ensure accurate reporting, KPI monitoring, and escalation of critical issues to management.

Maintain issue management tools and databases, ensuring data quality and process compliance.

Support root cause analysis and promote the adoption of structured problem-solving methodologies.

Drive continuous improvement of the issue management process through lessons learned and best practices.
What are your core competencies

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, issue management, or cross-functional operations within the automotive industry.

Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, A3, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA).

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.

Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.

Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
The position is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Salary range: €42 500 – €62 500 gross per year (depending on experience)
