Responsibilities

 

  • Answer and direct all phone calls
  • Greet all office guests
  • Manage, clean and organize the front desk
  • Support meetings, client visits and company events
  • Sort all mail and small packages
  • Provide administrative support as necessary (after clear prior agreements)
  • Answer guests' and employees' questions
  • Validate guest parking (if there is no Rimac security service at the property)

 

Requirements

 

  • If possible, professional experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office
  • Practical experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • Dealing with problems imaginatively and actively
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Excellent English language knowledge
