RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

  • Work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation​

  • Develop cooperative relationships with key people in their business area, and other teams in the organisation.​

  • Use data, metrics and evidence to inform and drive decision making and change across their business areas. ​

  • Participate in the development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.​

  • Lead core HR processes across designated functions (hiring, performance management, compensation cycle, promotions, etc).​

  • Partner with People & Culture team to organize value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.​

  • Work with key stakeholders to discuss people and performance challenges and efficiently solve them. ​

  • Use evidence and data to identify people priorities for the business and address future workforce needs. ​

  • Provide guidance on people practices such as reorganizations and succession planning. ​

  • Bring people expertise and develop solutions to help the business area to deliver its KPIs. ​

  • Act as a local point of people expertise for specialist that are implementing new HR projects and initiatives ​

  • Question and challenge others to get to the root of people and business issues. ​

  • Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency. 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or similar

  • At least 5 years of experience in Human resources, preferably in international company

  • Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen – Aligns HR initiatives with business goals, understands operational priorities, and drives performance through people strategies.

  • Stakeholder Management & Influence – Builds strong, trusted relationships across all levels; effectively influences and partners with leaders.

  • HR Expertise – Deep knowledge of core HR functions including recruitment, performance, compensation, and organizational development.

  • Coaching & Problem Solving – Coaches leaders, facilitates performance improvement, and drives resolution of people-related issues.

  • Effective Communication – Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver insights, influence outcomes, and engage stakeholders.
