Regular tasks:
As a Technology Technical Lead, you will be responsible for setting priorities, develop task lists and monitor progress towards project goals.
You will be ensuring the alignment of the project scope with business objectives and KPI's (BOM and components release, BOM cost, DVP, budget, build plan support)
You will supervise and participate actively in the development of engineering electrical, electronics and controls systems.
You will work closely with our leads and partners to ensure hw/software and roadmap feature alignment for current and future programs.
You will guarantee assistance to the production, quality and aftersales activities during the building and commissioning of the vehicles in the atelier.
You will be reporting the status of Technology team for your project(s) directly to the board members.
Decision-making authorities:
Data Management:
Manage Technology team databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on development roadmap.
Decision Support:
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to head of’s and department managers for decision-making .
Collaboration:
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., project management, purchasing, finance, production, quality assurance, marketing, logistics, sales and aftersales) to gather and share data and insights.
Managerial authorities:
No direct reports for this role at present.
Expected to lead, support and liaise with team members as part of job role.
Responsabilities:
Data Collection & Analysis:
Collect, and analyse development data (e.g., supplier performance, lead times) to provide actionable insights.
Reporting & Dashboard Development:
Develop and maintain regular reports on development metrics, including cost savings, supplier performance, delivery timelines,.
Supplier Performance Monitoring:
Track key supplier performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, quality and compliance. Provide data-driven insights to support supplier evaluations and improvement initiatives.
Risk Management Support:
On the day-by-day job ,identify Technology dept risks (e.g., supplier reliability, development critical paths) and propose mitigation strategies to the leadership.
Process Improvement:
On the field, identify inefficiencies in processes and implement recommendations for process. Improvements that enhance the speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness of activities
Market & Supplier Research:
Re future projects, analyse market trends and competitor activities to support procurement strategies. Conduct supplier benchmarking to identify potential new suppliers or validate existing partnerships.
