Get in the driver's seat 

As a Thermal SW Calibration Expert, you will develop and optimize thermal sw, calibration strategies.
Working across powertrain/EE/vehicle validation, you will deliver optimized thermal calibration :

• • Passenger comfort excellence
  • Battery and component protection
  • Energy efficiency and performance
  • Thermal management

ensuring the achievement of vehicle and systems performance targets in line with timing and cost constraints.

Where you’ll make an impact 

• Develop and optimize thermal calibration strategies for:
  • HVAC system (comfort vs energy trade-off)
  • Cooling fan control and airflow management
  • Battery thermal management (temperature window, charging, protection)
  • Powertrain thermal balance

• Perform calibration activities across:
  • XiL environment (simulation-based calibration)
  • HVAC RIG / ThermalLab testing
  • Vehicle testing (road & climatic)

What are your core components 

Proven experience in:

• • Thermal calibration (HVAC, battery cooling, fans, coolant loops)
  • Vehicle testing and data analysis tools (INCA, CANape, etc.)

Strong understanding of:

• • Thermal system architecture
  • Control strategies and energy management

Experience with HVAC rigs / thermal test benches (strong plus)

Capability to work across:

• • Simulation environments
  • Test facilities
  • Vehicle validation

Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills

Passion for high-end automotive performance and system optimization

Salary range: €37 500 – €57 500 gross per year (depending on experience)
