Get in the driver's seat 

As a Thermal sw Developer Engineer you will develop and implement thermal control software for full vehicle applications.
Working across powertrain/EE/vehicle validation, you will deliver robust and high-performance thermal software for development phase, until production ensuring full system integration across vehicle domains. Own software validation completeness (XiL, RIG, Vehicle)

Where you’ll make an impact 

• Develop and implement thermal control software for full vehicle applications:
  • HVAC system (comfort & efficiency)
  • Cooling fan management
  • Battery thermal management strategy
  • Multi-circuit coolant and refrigerant systems
• Define and execute thermal SW development roadmap aligned with vehicle targets (performance, comfort, efficiency)
• Develop control algorithms and software architectures within XiL environment (MiL / SiL / HiL)
• Support development and validation on HVAC RIG / ThermalLab environments
• Ensure integration between thermal, powertrain, aerothermal and drivability functions
• Define and support SW validation plans (rig + vehicle testing)
• Support vehicle commissioning and in-field issue resolution

What are your core components 

• Strong experience in:
• Automotive embedded SW development (Simulink / C / AUTOSAR)
• Thermal systems: HVAC, coolant circuits, battery cooling
• Knowledge of:
• XiL methodologies (MiL, SiL, HiL)
• Control systems and model-based development
• Experience in vehicle integration and calibration environments
• Strong cross-functional mindset and problem-solving skills
• Passion for high-performance and premium automotive engineering

Salary range: €37 500 - 57 500 gross per year (depending on experience)
