Get in the driver's seat
As a Thermal System Engineer, you will lead suppliers and external partners to deliver thermal systems components on time into production according to target cost, package, mass, functionality and quality
Working across Powertrain team, you will be responsible for components of Thermal systems ensuring the development and the delivery according with project milestones

Where you’ll make an impact
- Support the engagement with main external suppliers and manage costs and timings, including high level and low level targets definition, and ensuring program milestones are met, including evaluation of RFQ responses to influence management decisions
- Lead the development and industrialization of cooling system components, from concept phase to series
- Drive component design decisions in collaboration with suppliers, ensuring feasibility, cost efficiency, and manufacturability while meeting aggressive performance targets.
- Synthesize inputs from manufacturing, concept, testing, simulations and suppliers to drive components development.
- Define components design validation plan (DVP) according with supplier experience and Bugatti standards
- Support system and vehicle testing
- Develop components DFMEA on system and design level
What are your core components
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive into similar roles
- Engineering Degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent
- Proven experience in tracking and planning technical subjects, tooling processes and variable/investment costs
- Mid experience with CAD (3DX preferred)
- Excellent team player and communicator, able to work effectively with cross functional teams
- Ability to organize multiple technical inputs, summarize and present to the top management
- Strong problem-solving skills, along with an ability to manage a varied workload, to tight deadlines
- Good English spoken and written
- Able to work at a fast pace and with a high degree of accuracy and flexibility

Salary range: €37 500 – €57 500 gross per year (depending on experience)
