1. Regular Tasks

  • Develop and maintain libraries and applications using modern C++ (C++17 or newer) and C# (.NET 6 or newer).
  • Integrate C++ code with .NET.

  • Utilize CMake for build systems and Conan for dependency management.

  • Work with DOIP, UDS, and CAN protocols for automotive communication.

  • Optimize software for performance, memory efficiency, and real-time execution.

  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and system tests.

  • Debug and troubleshoot software and network communication issues.

  • Maintain technical documentation and participate in agile development.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, QA, project managers).

Occasional Tasks

  • Research and implement new technologies and best practices.

  • Support customer interactions and supplier discussions regarding software solutions.

2. Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality, secure, and reliable software.

  • Maintain compliance with automotive industry standards.

  • Deliver projects on time and within scope.

  • Stay updated with industry advancements and emerging technologies.

  • Communicate effectively with teams and document technical details.

3. Required Skills and Competencies

  • Advanced knowledge of C++14, C++17, or newer

  • Proficiency with CMake for building C++ projects

  • Experience with Conan for C++ dependency management

  • Experience integrating C++ code with .NET

  • Familiarity with C++/CLI or P/Invoke for calling C++ from C#

  • Experience with DOIP, UDS, and CAN protocols

  • Knowledge of network communication protocols (TCP/IP, UDP)

  • Experience with real-time or near real-time systems

  • Familiarity with cross-compilation and platform-specific optimizations
