Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Upholsterer to join our world-class production team at Bugatti Rimac. As an Upholsterer, you will be responsible for crafting high-end automotive interiors using premium materials and techniques, ensuring each vehicle meets the highest standards of luxury, precision, and performance. This role requires exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of automotive upholstery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut, sew, and fit leather, Alcantara, fabric, and other materials for seats, dashboards, door panels, and other interior components.
• Apply padding, stitching, and surface finishing techniques using both traditional methods and modern tools.
• Interpret technical drawings, templates, and design specifications with precision.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure consistency with Bugatti Rimac’s design and manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers, engineers, and the trim team to implement custom and prototype interior solutions.
• Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines, hand tools, and other upholstery equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot upholstery-related issues during the production process.
• Keep the workplace clean, organized, and in line with safety and quality regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to materials, processes, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive upholstery or high-end custom upholstery (luxury or motorsport experience is a strong advantage).
• Exceptional manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with various materials including leather, Alcantara, foams, and composites.
• Familiarity with industrial sewing machines and upholstery tools.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, templates, and production documentation.
• Strong sense of quality, aesthetics, and craftsmanship.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Basic computer skills (for internal documentation and communication).
• Fluent in Croatian or English.
