Currently, we are looking for a CNC Coordinator (m/f) to join our Machining team.



  • Supervising and motivating the team, assigning roles

  • On-the-job training of other employees

  • Ensuring that appropriate processes and procedures are adhered to throughout manufacture in order to deliver components to the highest quality standards

  • Programming, setting and operation of CNC machine tools to achieve maximum efficiency and the highest quality standards for the maufacture of precision engineered components

  • Assuring final produced component is up to standards and quality checks

  • Preparing documentation for cutting raw materials in the warehouse

  • Preparing documentation required for monitoring projects

  • Opening and closing work orders (communication by e-mail, ERP)

  • Production according to BOM

  • Enforcing health and safety precautions

  • Operating simple to complex CNC machines including Saws, CNC lathes, Gun drill and CNC mills

  • Making required adjustments to maintain specifications utilizing engineering drawings, verbal instructions, written operator instructions and boundary samples

  • Selection of required components and communication with suppliers

  • Processing components within established operator cycle times

  • Measuring components and testing complete assemblies using calibrated test and measuring equipment

  • Working closely with other departments – ZP, ME, BA, HR, warehouse, procurement

  • Reporting and eliminating non-compliances



  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering or similar field of study

  • 3+ years of professional experience on 3-axis and/or 5-axis machining centers and CAM programming

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Team Lead or Coordinator

  • Experience in product design

  • Experience in product development, advantage: automotive

  • Excellent knowledge of at least one 3D CAM program (preferably Master CAM)

  • Knowledge of manufacturing technology

  • Active knowledge of English in speech and writing

  • ICT literacy

  • The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with team, managers and clients

  • The ability to work in a logical, systematic manner

  • Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality

  • Desire to learn and improve
