1. Main responsibilities:

  • Finance business partner to support the project teams in tracking and planning project costs
  • Develop framework budget on the project portfolio level and separately for each project
  • Prepare budget management reports and Milestone-related updates of project calculation with monitoring of project timeline
  • Coordinate and monitor payment process with main stakeholders (planners, constructors, supervisors etc.) against technical progress reports
  • Perform deviation analysis and change management decision making papers for the Project Steering Committee
  • Evaluate purchase requests and check budget availability
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as required
  • Perform financial analysis and business case development for future infrastructure development projects


2. Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a multinational company controlling, renowned consulting firm or Big4 company is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance/Controlling or similar
  • Controlling/ financial experience within an architecture/construction company is a must
  • Experience in cost controlling and planning in large infrastructure and construction projects
  • Experience in business case calculation and financial structuring of infrastructure investment analyses
  • Proven record in advanced Excel, VBA and/or Access knowledge would be beneficial
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. Infor)
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, process, and structuring skills
  • Fluent in English
