Main responsibilities:
Implementation and maintenance of different digitalized reports
Ensure methodology and master data complience in controlling modules
Support month-end and year-end closing processes for controlling modules
Recommend modifications, optimize and standardize controlling systems and processes
Develop and document business processes and controlling policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Coordinate regular Group consolidation processes
Monitor actual vs. budget and ensure accuracy 
Prepare top management reports and department reports with actual vs. plan variances on relevant financial and non-financial key performance indicators and comment on potential counter measures
Analyze financial and operational information to develop key performance indicators that provide the insights needed for decision making
Organize and moderate financial improvement workshops with departments
Evaluate purchase requisitions and check budget availability
Provide controlling-based guidance for decision-making in business units
Perform ad-hoc analysis as required

3+ years in controlling or consulting/Big4 companies
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance and/ or Controlling
Experience in operative cost center structuring and budgeting
Proven record in Excel, VBA skills would be a plus
Experience with consolidation methodologies and tools
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. Infor) would be a plus
Experience in data analytics, SQL databases, and/ or BI tools would be beneficial
Strong analytical, process, and structuring skills
Fluent in English
