We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Communications Team.

This role will be responsible for leading our content team to plan, create and deliver engaging campaigns and content as well as maintaining, overseeing and populating the Rimac Automobili websites.

Working with the Head of Marketing & Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in the delivery of campaigns across all digital and social media channels and growing the brand awareness; understanding the 'Rimac Effect' and being able to adapt our tone across our digital space to deliver and drive the teams Digital Strategy.

 

This role will oversee and manage website content to ensure the websites are always up to date; planning and executing all website functionality including optimising SEO/SEM and take on responsibility for all website editorial and updates. This role will also support the Head of Marketing & Communications with social media and websites analytics and reporting on these channels on monthly basis.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop digital media marketing strategies and maximize brand awareness of Rimac Automobili globally
  • Digital campaigns planning and activation
  • Create, maintain and develop online content and promotional activities. Adjusting to maximize ROI
  • Responsible for website creative, UX, copy and asset management
  • Creative and copywriting for online activities
  • Social Media Management
  • Develop strategies to enhance and maintenance social media relations
  • Support Event and Marketing Communications Manager in maximizing all marketing opportunities
  • Manage an internal team, external production agencies and freelancers
  • Oversee and steer all digital asset production and use (photography, video, content, Copywrite)
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
  • Use advanced metrics to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and report
  • Keep up to date on the latest social media trends

 

 

Knowledge, skills & experience:

 

  • Relevant experience, having worked previously in a similar role within automotive, technology, sports, music or similar lifestyle brand.
  • Writing skills and ability to write in the tone of the brand.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as editorial judgment - Be a natural storyteller.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to take ownership of projects, supported by the digital team, from the idea phase through to reporting.
  • A clear understanding of all social media networks and the ability to sensibly moderate.
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Suite, with a focus on Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • The ability to help in the development of the channels, their content and promotion with new innovative ideas.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong appreciation of brand and the impact of content creation and messaging
  • Strategic thinking capability
  • Previous experience judging and developing creative work in line with a brief – including imagery, copy and computer-generated imagery
  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced team and environment
  • Knowledge of the automotive market, entertainment and popular culture is an advantage
  • Excellent IT skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel regularly, including weekends, and work on location for large periods of time are a must
