Tasks and responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business user requirements, help them formulate their needs, and translate them into business processes and/or functional specifications for implementation in different areas like finance, engineering, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, etc.
  • Work on ERP related implementation projects (Infor LN) with our internal teams and external partner(s) on implementation and change management
  • Optimize and improve existing ERP tools, processes, and systems, proactively work with development teams, and be a bond between business and IT implementation
  • Communicate and oversee implementation of previously defined requirements. Take full ownership and make personal impact on great products and services we are implementing
  • Support and follow-up change implementation and optimization based on clear requirements
  • Be a connector between business and ERP department (acting as an information source and communicator between business departments)
  • Collaborating with the ERP team, business management, external consultants, end users and other stakeholders
  • Work on train-the-trainer tasks for newly implemented ERP tools and systems and help document newly implemented system

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years project experience of working as Business Analyst in automotive/manufacturing industry 
  • General knowledge of ERP/MRP applications and how they work in one or more business functions (Procurement, Warehouse, Logistic, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.)
  • Understanding the works of software system projects implementation, experience in writing user stories and transforming them into functional requirements and use cases.
  • Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing company. 
  • Communication, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills in English is essential. 
  • Strong PC application skills (Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, etc.) 

 

Considered as an advantage:

  • Experience within Infor LN ERP or other large ERP software packages
