Tasks and responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements from business analyst and key users, analyze information and produce functional ERP specifications and change request, requirements documents and solution scope documents
  • Provide ERP implementation consultancy and application best practice advice to all key/end users
  • Actively work with vendors in implementation, roll-out or upgrade of different company tools in domain of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
  • Prepare process-tailored demonstration content and presentations, develop close relationship with project team (key users) in order to provide user trainings on ERP processes, procedures and functionalities
  • Ensure integration of the key business processes (both ERP system interoperability in operational and financial processes)
  • Partner closely with other IT departments to establish ERP solution architecture and integrations with various 3rd-party company tools (Teams, Business Intelligence software, PLM…) 

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years project experience of ERP software implementations. Experience with at least one end-to-end full cycle ERP implementation is plus
  • Understand difference between terms like ERP, CRM, MES, SCM, PLM etc
  • Business process change knowledge and ERP implementation experience in one or more business functions (Finance/Accounting/Controlling or Warehousing/Logistics/Procurement or Manufacturing/Planning/Quality or Customer Sales Management/Project Order Management)
  • Experience specializing in the implementation of large ERP software packages (Infor LN, SAP, NAV, Odoo or similar)
  • Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing company
  • Communication, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills in English is essential
  • Strong PC application skills (Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, etc.)

 

Considered as an advantage:

  • Automotive or components end to end manufacturing processes expertise strongly preferred
  • Experience in implementation of the EDI method
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated
  • Excellent problem solving and analytic skills
  • Ability to grasp new technology and ERP tools quickly
