Tasks and responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements from business, analyze information and produce functional ERP/EDI specifications and change request, requirements documents and solution scope documents. 
  • Develop and implement electronic data interchange (EDI) systems and supporting processes
  • Provide guidance and education to internal team members regarding EDI
  • Meeting with suppliers and customers to discuss their data EDI interchange needs
  • Establish and manage EDI communication and data mapping
  • Actively work and learn with external partners in Infor Automotive Exchange implementation
  • Coaches and mentors younger team members



  • 3+ years project experience of working with EDI connections in automotive/manufacturing industry 
  • Knowledge of EDI and usage of EDI mapping and validation tools
  • In-depth knowledge of different EDI mapping standards (EDIFACT etc.)
  • Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing company. 
  • Communication, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills in English is essential. 
  • Strong PC application skills (Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, etc.) 

Considered as an advantage:

  • Experience within Infor Automotive Exchange
  • Experience with T-Systems Managed EDI services
  • Self-driven, excellent problem solving and analytic skills 
  • Experience with EDI connections within large ERP software packages (Infor LN, SAP, NAV, Odoo or similar) is considered as plus
