Tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Gather business requirements from business analyst and key users, analyze information and produce functional ERP specifications and change request, requirements documents and solution scope documents. 
  • Provide ERP Supply chain implementation consultancy and application best practice advice to all key/end users involved in supply chain (Procurement, Warehouse, Logistic) 
  • Actively work with vendors in upgrade of different Infor LN modules.
  • Prepare process-tailored demonstration content and presentations, develop close relationship with project team (key users) in order to provide user trainings on Infor processes, procedures and functionalities. 
  • Ensure integration of the key business processes (both ERP system interoperability in operational and financial processes within whole supply chain functionalities). 
  • Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration.
  • Supplier EDI requirements analysis 
  • Coaches and mentors younger team members

 

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years project experience of Infor ERP software implementations with a Supply Chain focus
  • Business process change knowledge and ERP implementation experience in one or more business functions (Procurement, Warehouse, Logistic)
  • Knowledge of Infor LN Supply chain Management Modules 
  • Experience in design and implementation of a supplier portal
  • Experience with supplier EDI integration and data mapping. Understanding and working knowledge of different EDI formats.
  • Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing company. 
  • Communication, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills in English is essential. 
  • Strong PC application skills (Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, etc.) 

 

Considered as an advantage:

  • Supply Chain experience in automotive or components manufacturing processes expertise 
  • Knowledge of Infor Factory Track Warehouse is considered as plus
  • Experience in implementation of Infor Automotive Exchange is considered as plus
  • Experience with at least one end-to-end full cycle ERP implementation is plus
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated 
  • Self-driven with excellent problem solving and analytic skills
