1. Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Responsible for supporting managers in developing their teams (talent management, recruitment activities, rewarding moves, career planning & education planning)
• Responsible for coaching & guiding mid-management in daily people activities
• Responsible for supporting top talents & key professionals
• Delivering overall HR strategy for designated departments
• Implementing, maintaining & updating HR processes
• Ensuring regulatory compliance with legal requirements - employee/employer related rights (labour law and delicate topics, HR compliance & procedures)
• Guiding on employee behavior and conflict resolution - problem point of contact if it can’t be solved with manager or team
• Mediating and resolving employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
• Conducting various survey to improve employee engagement & satisfaction
• Acting as a brand ambassador of Bugatti Rimac values

2. Preferred Skills & Competencies:

Proven work experience as an HR People Partner or similar role (minimum of 5 years)

• BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Psychology or relevant field
• Strong HR expertise: deep knowledge of HR processes
• Strong business mindset & understanding of business (not necessarily automotive field)
• Experience in working with international teams
• Experience in working in a fast scaling environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Croatian and English
• Ability to adapt, think out of the box & be creative
• Independent, determined & self-motivated professional who works well in a team
