Tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage license (defining license requirements, installation of license, manage license life cycle)
  • Managing system permissions for all business users and working closely with the Service Desk on a day-to-day basis
  • Act as first level/support in all liceces related initiatives
  • Creates ad hoc reports and performs analysis related to licensed item use, history, cost
  • Proposing procedures and processes to develop and implement best practices and increase efficiency
  • Accurate and timely updating of license administration system to reflect changes in users and systems
  • Regular reconciliations of purchased deployed licenses
  • Maintain software library and software license keys
  • Maintain Application infrastructure (licenses servers, application servers, database servers, track license utilization)
  • Optimize license distribution
  • Independently takes over and solves user requests ("pull" method) and reports on their execution
  • Actively works on analysis and interpretation for internal and external audits in the field of user access management
  • Maintains and audits user access rights to individual software systems based on authorized instructions received in accordance with the rules of IT system security policy
  • Proposes solutions for efficient establishment and supervision of the authority management process
  • Tests and suggests software enhancements for the user authority management process

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience working as IT Access and Licenses Administration
  • Able to master company licensing policies and apply to specific agreements
  • Able to prepare logs, reports and such
  • Detail-oriented team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated
  • Able to professionally perform multiple detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records, ability to prioritize and take initiative
