Tasks and responsibilities

  • Effective monitoring and management of IT resources (CAPEX, OPEX, employees) in accordance with corporate standards and IT Strategy collaborating with IT and business departments
  • Implementation of IT financial supervision, asset control, (internal) cost accounting tasks in accordance with finance and controlling departments (e.g., data relevant to IT cost accounting)
  • Monthly monitoring of actual IT costs compared to planned (IT Budget)
  • Regular reporting to IT management and companies to support decision making and more economical use of resources
  • Participation in monitoring and measuring IT processes, and participation in KPI definition, implementation and control
  • Preparation of monthly comprehensive IT reports (dashboards) including KPIs, KRIs, SLAs, IT project portfolio, etc.)
  • Participation in the process of drafting operational and strategic plans and monthly projections of results with an overview of assumptions and analysis of deviations
  • Collaboration with accounting, procurement, project managers, product managers and other team members to ensure accurate and transparent reporting (e.g., cost optimization)
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and materials for regularly scheduled project and program portfolio reviews with CFO, Head of IT, IT Managers and PM’s
  • Keeping up-to-date documentation (work instructions, regulations) from the IT Governance department
  • Supervises and questions supplier performance and relationships with all third parties, as well as the use of policies and methodologies to improve the quality of internal and external IT services
  • Account liquidation with all necessary procedural administration
  • Monthly closing of IT accounts / costs and monthly reservations



  • 5+ years of experience in IT Governance and Planning
  • Experience in budgeting
  • Specialist knowledge: IT Governance Policy and Procedures
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking and ability to approach problems logically and systematically
  • Ability to execute quickly, efficiently, and with high level of detail and accuracy
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, etc.)
