Responsibilities & Tasks
•    providing legal advice and support to various departments of the company (purchasing, sales, finance) on all aspects of company’s business 
•    drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide-ranging scope of contracts with suppliers, service providers, clients and partners (various type of commercial agreements such as, non-disclosure agreements, supply agreements, distribution agreements, development agreements, services agreements, lease agreements, business cooperation agreements, license agreements, general terms and conditions, SaaS agreements etc.)
•    reviewing and preparing a wide variety of complex legal documents
•    interpreting and communicating complex legal and regulatory requirements
•    drafting, reviewing and implementing internal policies, procedures and business practices

 

Requirements 
•    law degree 
•    bar exam
•    5+ years of professional experience as an in-house legal counsel or attorney at law
•    fluent English speaker; knowledge of German will be considered an advantage
•    ability to work proactively and independently 
•    creative problem – solving ability 
•    excellent judgement and analytical skills and strong attention to detail
•    experience with complex commercial agreements; software licensing, open-source licensing, SaaS agreements and related agreements will be considered an advantage
•    experience of working for a tech or automotive company will be considered an advantage
