Tasks:

  • Regular tasks
    • Gather and analyze business user requirements, help them formulate their needs, and translate them into business processes and/or functional specifications for implementation in PLM
    • Work on projects with our internal teams and external partner(s) on implementation and change management
    • Communicates and aligns priorities with development teams, internal and external
    • Optimize and improve existing PLM tools, processes, and systems, proactively work with development teams, and be a bond between business and PLM implementation
    • Communicate and oversee implementation of previously defined requirements. Take full ownership and make personal impact on great products and services we are developing
    • Provide Request for Proposal specification and an evaluation model for any required PLM procurement
    • Manage technical difficulties, working with developers when necessary
    • Support and follow-up change implementation and optimization based on clear requirements and KPIs

 

  • Occasional tasks
    • Work on train-the-trainer tasks for newly implemented PLM tools and systems and help document newly implemented systems
    • Support with defining PLM development methodology and processes
       

Responisibilities:

  • Be a connector between business and PLM department (acting as an information source and communicator between business branches)
  • Takes responsibility in the entire life cycle of the PLM change management process that covers all areas of the company
  • Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth
  • Enhancing the quality of PLM products and services
  • Driving PLM initiatives
  • Ensuring successful delivery of small and medium-sized initiatives and / or multi-product initiatives
  • Responsible for product / service backlog management
  • Responsible for creating a favorable environment for teamwork, open communication and defining the ownership needed for successful project completion / change
  • Coaches and mentors younger team members


Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as PLM business analyst (Dassault Systemes - Enovia, Siemens - Teamcenter, PTC - Windchill...)
  • Hands on experience in PLM projects implementation
  • Experience in writing user stories and transforming them into functional requirements and use cases
  • Understanding Agile Methodologies and Principles
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Active listening with the ability to simplify, ask and explain to colleagues at work
  • Highly adaptable attitude and self-efficiency in work and communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
